Please do not send requests for spare parts, manuals or diagrams, because we cannot supply them.

If you have to repair loudspeakers, please indicate the diameter: it is quite difficult to remember what types of component parts are assembled in each of the thousands of Hi-Fi models sold in all these years! (the Speaker boxes in particular, often have a number of versions with the same name).

WE ANSWER ALL THE QUERIES WE RECEIVE. Sometimes however it has occurred that the sender’s address (to reply to) in Outlook or other software was imprecise, and our reply was returned.
